Domestic Shipping

AsterSpring Malaysia offers free shipping throughout Malaysia for purchases above RM200.
i.e. RM200.01 (entitled)
     RM200.00 (not entitled)

Shipping fees for purchases RM200 and below in Malaysia are as follows:

Standard Delivery: West Malaysia RM15 3-5 Business Days
Standard Delivery: East Malaysia RM25 3-7 Business Days

Please note:

  1. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to, or cancelled.
  2. AsterSpring Malaysia is not liable for replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided. We always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details before payment submission.
  3. The minimum purchase for free delivery is net of any discounts.
  4. Shipping times are a guideline. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays, unforeseen and/or unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather events.


You will receive an email notification of your confirmed order upon payment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email notification of your order delivery status and tracking information.

1. Period for Reference only.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders will be processed as soon as the payment transaction has been confirmed. All orders will deliver by our engaged courier service providers, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Process and Lead Time

  1. Delivery will take up to 3-7 business days from date of purchase.
  2. For orders placed before 3PM (Mon – Fri, excl. public holidays), products will be delivered on the next business day.
  3. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekends will be processed on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday by our engaged courier service providers, excluding public holidays.
  4. Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

3. Order Tracking and Delivery Status

Once your orders have been picked up by our engaged courier service providers, tracking codes would be available (You will receive Order Delivery Status Email) for you to track the delivery status of your order HERE:
