We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any www.asterspring.com purchases and will issue a full refund or exchange within 5 working days upon receiving your items.

Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by AsterSpring Customer Service subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
4. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon pre-approved by AsterSpring Customer Service.
   i.e. Item defect, wrong item, refund if is item defect or wrong shipment cost is on AsterSpring Malaysia
5. Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by AsterSpring Malaysia's return and exchange policy above.

Just follow these easy steps if you met all the requirements:

1. Contact AsterSpring Customer Service immediately via email: customerservice@asterspring.com
2. The customer will need to provide the reason of refund or exchange with attachment of proof i.e. e-invoice, picture, video, etc..
3. If the reason for refund or exchange is valid, we will email to you the airway bill to send back the product to us at our cost.
4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
5. Mail your package according to:

It will take14-21 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank or credit card account from the day your refund was approved.

Unfortunately, no refund will be allowed for all the services purchase via www.asterspring.com. We always suggest reviewing your cart before payment submission.
